Hotel bookings are subject to availability, and room prices may vary or change without prior notice.

visitsholiday.com & visitsholiday.com/apply reserves the right to cancel payments or orders before the commencement of the delivery, stating no reasons for the same.

You may cancel an order within 7 working days, beginning from the time of email confirmation of your order from visitsholiday.com & visitsholiday.com/apply. However, with your express permission, visitsholiday.com & visitsholiday.com/apply will start the delivery of an order immediately.

Cancellations may result from factors beyond human control, such as natural calamities, accidents, governmental restrictions, or any other event of force majeure. In such events, we may give a full or partial refund, decisive at our discretion.

If you do not reach the venue for the specified activity at the scheduled time, your booking stands canceled. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests in such cases.

Cancellations made seven calendar days before the tour date - Refund shall be 95% of the booking amount if the booking or part of the booking falls under cancellation allowed.

Cancellation of Order will levy a pre-order processing charge of USD 40 per request if we have not started the service request.

If your request gets rejected by the tour package issuing authority, visitsholiday.com & visitsholiday.com/apply shall provide a refund of the entire amount paid by the candidate towards the fees.

Once your request is approved by the tour package issuing authority, visitsholiday.com & visitsholiday.com/apply cannot provide a refund, and you must comply under the policy.

Requests processed or approved at the immigration desk will not get canceled.

Timelines visitsholiday.com & visitsholiday.com/apply offers the timeline to process the tour packages as anywhere between 24-72 working hours. We shall ensure to get your travel documents timely.

There could be a possibility of the tour packages getting delayed due to additional documents required by immigration after they process the request.

Delivery Upon completion of the payment, you will receive an email confirmation from visitsholiday.com & visitsholiday.com/apply. This email will serve as proof of confirmation of your bookings with us.

Pricing The prices seen on the website are in USD. You will be charged for the services in USD only.

Refund Policy Refunds will be through the same mode of payment as it has been transacted earlier. No refunds are entertained on timed tickets already purchased thereafter.

Exclusions The prices quoted on the website do not include tips, tour package charges, travel insurance, food and beverages, accommodation, room service charges, and laundry.
